Rello Search Partners is searching for a Financial Analyst to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite with our client in Largo, FL. Our client is a well-established finance and accounting consulting firm that is expanding from Atlanta into the Tampa Bay market.

This newly created position is a high visibility role that will interact directly with senior management and clients offering tremendous exposure along with professional growth and development. The Financial Analyst reports to the Director of Finance.
** Only local candidates residing within a commutable distance to Largo and willing to work onsite 3 days a week will be considered for the position. Occasional travel to the corporate office in Atlanta and throughout Florida for client meetings is also required. **
Responsibilities:
Develop financial models and communicating results through clear, and concise verbal and written reports.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budgets and forecasts.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, and other reporting to support strategic decision making for our clients.
Evaluate existing processes and recommending opportunities for improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
Review legal documents and highlighting salient points.
Review accounting reports.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions.
Perform ad hoc analyses as requested.
Assist with managing company and client information technology projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university required
CPA and / or MBA preferred
2+ years of relevant experience in accounting and / or financial analysis
Public accounting in audit and / or transaction advisory experience highly desired
Must have exceptional critical thinking and communication skills with a high adaptability to a fast paced, results and deadline driven environment required
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented while maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
Travel up to 10% mostly to Atlanta and throughout Florida
Proficient in MS Office; must have advanced MS Excel skills to include complex formulas, pivot tables and vlookups. VBA and macros a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
