Our client, an elite national law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their commercial real estate transactions and financing team.
Will manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including title commitments and policies, due diligence, closing documents, deeds, mortgages, UCC filings, coordination with title companies, electronic recordings, and entity formation.
The ideal candidate will have commercial real estate transactional and financing experience in a law firm setting.
