Social Media Manager (In-Office) – Part-Time & Full-Time

Position Overview
Weight & Body Solutions is hiring a Social Media Manager to join our team in-office. This role is open to both part-time and full-time candidates. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, experienced in content creation, outreach, and patient communication, and enjoys cosmetics, wellness, and aesthetic services.
Responsibilities
- Create original content including photos, short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and captions
- Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage and update CRM with leads and patient interactions
- Perform outreach to potential patients through social media, text, and follow-up campaigns
- Capture in-office content (before/after, team, promotions, events — HIPAA compliant)
- Support promotions, events, and special offers
- Maintain brand voice, professionalism, and HIPAA awareness
- Track engagement and assist with basic performance reporting
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Must be able to provide a portfolio of social media accounts, content, or campaigns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable creating photo and video content
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and lead engagement
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work in-office
- Interest in cosmetics, wellness, or aesthetic services
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
