Event IT Technician – St. Petersburg, FL
March (13-15)
We’re hiring 3 experienced IT Technicians to support a large-scale live event in St. Petersburg, FL from March 13–15.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced event role supporting One World Rental at Paddy Fest St Pete, the city’s largest annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration featuring live music, activities, and unique attractions.
Event Dates & Schedule
March 13 (Setup Day) 1 Technician
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (tentative)
March 14–15 (Event Days) 3 Technicians
- 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Pay
- $250 per day
- Paid biweekly

Responsibilities
- Set up and configure Square devices
- Configure and support laptops & printers
- Assist with WiFi and basic networking
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on-site
- Provide real-time technical support during the event
- Ensure all systems run smoothly throughout the event
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT / Event Technician
- Strong knowledge of WiFi networks & basic networking
- Comfortable working with POS systems (Square) and printers
- Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
- Professional and customer-facing when needed
