Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. Duties
- Manage the entire listing process from initial preparation to active marketing of properties.
- Coordinate with sellers, agents, and clients to gather necessary documentation and property details.
- Develop compelling property listings, including writing descriptions, taking or overseeing professional photography, and ensuring accuracy.
- Implement marketing strategies across various platforms to maximize property exposure.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all listings in the property management system.
- Ensure compliance with real estate law and industry standards throughout the listing process.
- Assist with scheduling showings, open houses, and coordinating client communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support overall business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate administration or property management is preferred. A minimum of 3 years
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Knowledge of negotiation tactics and sales techniques within the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies specific to real estate listings and digital platforms.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Administrative experience that includes managing documentation, scheduling, and data entry.
