Technology Training Associates (TTA) partners with private membership clubs across the country—including golf, yacht, dining, social, and country clubs—to provide administrative support, training, and technology services. We are growing and looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. We are seeking a Hardware/Network Technician to join our team! You will help support and maintain client computers, servers, and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing wired and wireless network systems
- Handle repairs and exchanges of defective devices
- Collaborate on the improvement of network design and connectivity
- Perform routine network maintenance
- Maintain inventory of network electronics
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Preferred (Not Required)
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
- Experience working with hospitality or private club environments
- Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
