About the Role:
We’re a fast-growing nationwide real estate wholesaling company looking for a sharp, dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and includes transaction coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while also overseeing the administrative flow of transactions from contract to close.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate contracts, documents, and signatures and ensure all required documents are completed, signed, and submitted on time (DocuSign, SignNow, Google Drive, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members
- Handle email correspondence and phone communication professionally
- Assist with real estate transaction admin (TC support, deal tracking, follow-ups)
- Maintain organization across CRMs, project tools, and shared folders
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Ensure all required documents are completed, signed, and submitted on time
- Run point on general admin tasks so leadership doesn’t have to anticipate needs and solve problems before they become issues
- Provide exceptional client service throughout the transaction process
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Can juggle multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
- Prior admin or real estate experience is a big plus
- Process-driven mindset (loves checklists, systems, and structure)

- Experience in real estate, wholesaling, or transaction coordination
- Familiarity with CRMs.
