Our client, an elite law firm in Tampa, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Paralegal to join its dynamic and highly regarded team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation and transactional matters in a collaborative environment where your expertise and initiative will be highly valued.
You will support attorneys in all phases of litigation and healthcare-related matters by drafting legal documents, preparing discovery, reviewing and analyzing records, managing document systems and productions, coordinating with clients and third parties, preparing executive summaries, assisting with guardianship and trial matters, conducting Westlaw research, handling electronic filings, and managing time entry and billing.
The ideal candidate will have litigation and transactional paralegal experience in a law firm, with healthcare experience strongly preferred.
