HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Regional Law Firm to find a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support the firm’s growing team in Tampa!
The Paralegal will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of sophisticated commercial lending transactions, from drafting complex loan documents and conducting comprehensive due diligence to coordinating high-volume closings for lenders and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Transaction Management: Lead the full lifecycle of commercial lending deals, maintaining ownership of the process from initial engagement through post-closing
- Complex Document Drafting: Prepare and customize comprehensive commercial loan documents, including construction, refinance, asset-based loans, acquisitions, and lease agreements
- Due Diligence Oversight: Execute thorough due diligence by reviewing entity documents, title commitments, and surveys, while promptly identifying and troubleshooting potential legal or financial issues
- Closing Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed transaction checklists, review all incoming deliveries for accuracy, and ensure all closing conditions are satisfied for high-volume deal flow
- Professional Liaison: Serve as a central point of communication, effectively collaborating with attorneys, lending institutions, title companies, and opposing counsel to facilitate seamless transactions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate and/or finance transactions in a law firm setting.
- Proficient in summarizing complex sales contracts and leases, with high-level mastery of MS Office and the ability to adapt to new legal technologies
- Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
