Pay: $33.00 to $48.00 per hour ($70K-$100K)

Job description:
- Lead core accounting operations, including preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and accurate financial statements to ensure integrity of financial data.
- Oversee and actively support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to generally accepted accounting standards and internal policies.
- Partner with internal and external auditors by preparing documentation, maintaining compliance, and strengthening internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Analyze financial results and trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to support informed business decisions.
- Drive process improvements and special projects while mentoring junior team members; demonstrate strong technical expertise, attention to detail, proficiency in ERP/accounting systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline (professional certification such as CPA is a plus)
- Minimum of (2) + years of experience with LeaseQuery software
- Minimum of (4)+ four years of increasing responsibility within accounting roles
- Solid knowledge of (GAAP) generally accepted accounting principles and preparation of financial statements
- Proficiency working with enterprise-level accounting software and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel
