Chargebacks911 is a fast-growing global FinTech company based in Clearwater, FL. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin an accounting career with hands-on experience and clear growth paths.
What You’ll Do
As an Associate Accountant, you will work closely with senior accountants and finance leaders to support daily accounting operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports
- Prepare billing for clients.
- Collection efforts for aging B2B balances.
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Maintaining accurate and organized financial records
- Assisting with audits and tax filings as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on financial data and reporting needs
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
