Lead High-Impact Client Engagements in Accounting & Tax

What You’ll DoClient Accounting & Advisory
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them strengthen financial operations and solve complex accounting issues.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and overseeing complex accounting engagements
- Resolving advanced accounting matters and technical issues
- Assisting clients with banking relationships and financial strategies
- Designing and implementing efficient accounting systems and processes
- Providing strategic guidance to help clients improve financial performance
Tax Strategy & Compliance
You will play a critical role in guiding clients through complex tax matters and ensuring compliance while identifying opportunities for tax efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Leading tax planning initiatives for clients
- Managing responses to tax notices and regulatory inquiries
- Identifying tax optimization opportunities
Financial Reporting & Engagement Oversight
You’ll oversee key engagements from planning to completion while ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing compilation and review engagements
- Reviewing financial statements and supporting documentation
- Acting as engagement leader for assigned clients
- Conducting engagement planning and risk assessments
- Ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance
Client Relationship Leadership
As a Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client engagements
- Identifying opportunities to deliver additional advisory services
- Monitoring risk and escalating issues when necessary
- Managing engagement budgets and billing for client portfolios
Team Leadership & Professional Development
You will also help shape the next generation of accounting professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
- Supporting staff career development initiatives
- Managing workflow and allocating resources across teams
- Helping drive new business opportunities and client growth
Must-Have Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following core requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Master’s degree in Accounting
- Demonstrated experience with individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Strong expertise in financial statement compilation and review engagements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
