Role Purpose: The AMCA is responsible for owning the day-to-day operational execution, reporting cadence, and agent experience systems of the Market Center. This role exists to protect leadership bandwidth, ensure financial and compliance accuracy, and create repeatable systems that support agent success, retention, and growth.Core Ownership Areas

The AMCA does not “help with” these areas — they own them.

1. Financial & Administrative Operations (Ownership)

  • Process DA’s, checks, and bank deposits
  • Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
  • Support pre-transmittal preparation
  • Assist MCA with month-end close readiness
  • Manage AMCA/MCA inbox emails and voicemails
  • Serve as the first point of contact for agent operational questions related to:
  • Commissions
  • Billing
  • Cap status
  • Administrative processes

2. Compliance & Transaction Support

  • DA’S in 48 Hours or less
  • Track pre-transmittal requirements and deadlines
  • Ensure clean handoffs between agents, compliance, and MCA
  • Assist with documentation organization

3. Reporting & Metrics (Non-Negotiable)

  • Daily & weekly reporting of Market Center numbers to the Region
  • Prepare and distribute Weekly Friday Flash Reports
  • Track and report on:
  • Closings
  • Listings
  • Profit
  • Agents in/out
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting

4. Productivity Coaching (PC) & Retention Support

  • Own PC administrative management, including:
  • Tracking attendance and participation
  • Reporting compliance
  • Supporting onboarding into PC systems
  • Support onboarding and retention processes for new and existing agents
  • Ensure key retention touchpoints are executed and not missed

5. Agent Milestone & Wins Tracking

Using tools such as Courted and internal systems, the AMCA owns:

  • Tracking and surfacing:
  • First transaction
  • First listing
  • Highest-priced transaction
  • Significant agent wins
  • Maintaining systems to ensure milestones are:
  • Identified
  • Reported
  • Celebrated
  • Proactively communicating wins to leadership for recognition and culture building
  • Example: handwritten card from staff on x milestone, triggered by AMCA

6. Vendor Program Ownership

  • Run point on the Market Center Vendor Program
  • Identify, vet, and solidify preferred vendors
  • Manage vendor onboarding and ongoing communication
  • Maintain vendor systems and alignment with leadership goals

7. Office Operations & Agent Experience

  • Flag facility or vendor issues proactively
  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming, organized, and professional

8. Agent Communication & Culture Support

  • Support monthly awards tracking and coordination
  • Handle agent outreach regarding:
  • Office updates
  • Operational changes
  • Announcements
  • Maintain consistent communication flow so agents feel informed and supported
  • Agent CE Check in’s, Agent Stellar MLS/Board Dues Reminders, etc.

9. Quarterly Client Events

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and project manager for all quarterly client events from concept to execution
  • Secure venue, date, time, contracts, and all required vendors (catering, rentals, entertainment, etc.)
  • Proactively identify and secure vendor or partner funds to offset event costs and stay within budget
  • Develop and manage an event timeline with clear deadlines and accountability
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader (TL) and DOFI/ASC to ensure timely creation of all marketing materials (marketing plan, agent flyers, invitations, internal communications, etc.)
  • Coordinate agent communication and promotion strategy to drive attendance and engagement from the AGENTS
  • With other members of leadership, oversee on-site execution the day of the event, including setup, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
  • Manage post-event follow-up, including thank-you communications, vendor reconciliation, and tracking ROI/engagement metrics

Time Expectation & Scope

  • Full Time/40 Hours Per Week
  • Must be able to travel between Largo & Tampa Locations
  • Role is execution-focused and systems-driven

  • Reduction of leadership interruptions

Bottom Line: This role is an operational owner. When executed well, the AMCA becomes the heart & brain of the Market Center, allowing leadership to run faster, cleaner, and more strategically.

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
