The Irons Club is a premier indoor golf, bar, restaurant, and social club in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. We’re building a vibrant member community centered around golf, hospitality, events, and elevated social experiences.
We’re looking for a highly organized, outgoing, and creative professional to help lead the member experience and keep the club active, engaging, and worth talking about.
About the Role
The Member Experience & Events Manager will be responsible for planning and executing member events, leagues, tournaments, social programming, and communications that strengthen club culture, drive participation, and enhance the value of membership.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hospitality, event planning, member engagement, communications, and creating experiences people don’t want to miss.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a consistent calendar of member events, leagues, tournaments, social gatherings, and special experiences
- Coordinate and promote programming that keeps the club active, socially vibrant, and engaging
- Help create memorable experiences that strengthen community and encourage repeat visits
- Communicate upcoming events and club happenings through email, signage, flyers, social posts, text, and in-club communication
- Design on-brand promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Build strong relationships with members and help create a welcoming, high-energy environment
- Support member onboarding and help improve the overall member experience
- Gather member feedback and help implement ideas that improve engagement and satisfaction
- Help create traditions, recurring events, and experiences members look forward to
- Assist with sponsorship activations, partnerships, and select corporate/private events when needed
- Work closely with club leadership and staff to maintain a consistent, elevated hospitality experience for all
- Support some Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, private clubs, event programming, community engagement, lifestyle brands, or member-based businesses
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and events at once
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Interest in golf, sports, hospitality, or premium social experiences is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
