Responsibilities include:

  • Managing schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Assisting with errands and day-to-day tasks
  • Coordinating meetings and reminders
  • Organizing documents, files, and important information
  • Providing general personal and business support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Prior assistant or administrative experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
