Responsibilities include:
- Managing schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Handling phone calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Assisting with errands and day-to-day tasks
- Coordinating meetings and reminders
- Organizing documents, files, and important information
- Providing general personal and business support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
- Prior assistant or administrative experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
