- Forge and nurture strategic relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospice, and Home Care partners
- Drive admissions by ensuring smooth, informed transitions from home, hospital, or other facilities
- Manage all aspects of the admission documentation process with precision and care
- Be the face of our brand in the community, creating trust and lasting connections
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years marketing management experience in healthcare
- Proven success as a Marketing Director in Skilled Nursing
- Skilled in aggressive yet tactful marketing and relationship-building
- Ready to travel locally about 80% of the time to build and maintain vital partnerships
