The Marketing and Communications Officer supports the growth of the Center for Executive and Leadership Education by developing compelling creative assets and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and program enrollment.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with analytical awareness. The position requires someone who understands how campaigns perform, can interpret results, and suggest improvements—while partnering with leadership on broader strategic direction.

Working closely with marketing leadership and program stakeholders, this role plays a key part in bringing campaigns to life, elevating the brand, and improving marketing effectiveness over time.

  • Creative and Content Development
    • Design and produce high-quality marketing assets, including:
      • Digital ads (display, paid social, search)
      • Email templates and campaigns
      • Program brochures, one-pagers, and promotional materials
      • Social media graphics and content
      • Landing pages and website updates
    • Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand standards while contributing to the evolution of marketing materials
    • Develop compelling, conversion-oriented content that supports campaign goals
  • Campaign Execution
    • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and web
    • Support campaign planning through input on messaging, audience targeting, and channel selection
    • Build and deploy email campaigns, including promotional and nurture communications
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with program objectives
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization
    • Monitor campaign performance across channels, including metrics such as engagement, conversions, and lead generation
    • Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on data and observations
    • Support ongoing optimization efforts in collaboration with marketing leadership
  • Event and Program Marketing
    • Support the promotion of executive education programs, events, and workshops
    • Develop promotional materials and assist with outreach efforts
    • Capture and repurpose testimonials, participant stories, and post-event content
  • Digital Presence and Social Media
    • Manage day-to-day execution of social media, including content scheduling, posting, and campaign support
    • Track engagement and recommend improvements to content and targeting

Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, technical writing, digital media, or related field, with two years of experience in related positions.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in executive education, professional development, or B2B marketing. Familiarity with lead generation and basic nurture campaign concepts. Experience working within a brand or stakeholder-driven environment.
