We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Analyst Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and performance tracking. This role combines project coordination with data analysis to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across teams
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret project data, including budgets and performance metrics
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, analysis, or operations support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
  • Certification such as CAPM or PMP is a plus
