About the Role

The Marketing Production Assistant plays a key role in keeping marketing moving. This position supports the day-to-day flow of projects from intake to completion, ensuring timelines are met, materials are produced accurately, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to help bring campaigns and initiatives to life across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage incoming marketing requests, ensuring all required information is captured and projects are set up correctly
  • Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables and proactively follow up to keep work on schedule
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials, including print, displays, and event assets
  • Work with vendors and printers to obtain quotes, manage production, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain project tracking, production logs, and documentation for full visibility across the team
  • Support trade shows and events by coordinating materials, logistics, and shipping
  • Help organize digital and physical marketing assets so materials are easy to find and up to date

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams and with external vendors
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow-ups
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar
  • Experience with print production and marketing materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business tools
