We currently operate in 5 locations across Florida — Tampa, Orlando, Ft. Myers, St. Lucie, and Ft. Lauderdale — with all marketing operations managed locally from our Tampa office.
We already have an established events team and call center in place. We are looking for someone who can help strengthen and manage the marketing side of our rapidly growing business.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Media Director to support the VP of Marketing and help spearhead our marketing strategies and brand presence across multiple platforms and markets.
This energetic role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can assist with multichannel marketing campaigns, vendor coordination, digital marketing initiatives, analytics, budgeting, and brand growth. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to maximize performance across all media platforms while helping coordinate multiple brands and locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the VP of Marketing with daily operations and marketing initiatives
- Develop and help execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, social media, TV, radio, and advertising channels
- Coordinate advertising campaigns and vendor communications
- Help manage TV, print, radio, digital, and social media marketing efforts
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports and analytics
- Monitor lead flow, campaign performance, and ROI reporting
- Assist with social media coordination and content management
- Act as a liaison between vendors, web developers, social media companies, and multiple marketing platforms
- Coordinate SEO efforts and website content updates
- Assist with budget allocation and marketing distribution between multiple brands and locations
- Help improve brand awareness and marketing performance across multiple markets
Qualifications
✅ Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies
✅ Knowledge of media buying for print, TV, digital advertising, and social media marketing
✅ Strong Excel spreadsheet experience for weekly/monthly reporting and analytics
✅ Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEO, email marketing, and Google Analytics
✅ Familiarity with WordPress, website management platforms, and basic HTML knowledge
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent research and copywriting skills
✅ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
✅ Experience with marketing automation tools and campaign optimization is preferred
✅ We will train on our internal systems and programs, but experience with Get The Referral, Leap, LeadPerfection, or Marlimar will definitely help
