Check In Systems is a software company hosting touch screen sign in systems for medical, retail, education and government facilities. We are looking for an energetic person to work in our team to assist existing customers with technical support and present our products to potential customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers on a daily basis to provide technical support for our software applications via phone and email.
  • Answer incoming pre-sales questions about our software
  • Pre-Sales demonstrating our software to potential customers.
  • Assist customers with installing our Apps to Apple iPads
  • Training customers on the features of our software

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a professional setting or business-related training in a customer service environment;
  • Computer support knowledge;
  • Knowledge of internet troubleshooting

Skills/Knowledge

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving/analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to organize and manage workload efficiently and prioritize projects with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision to perform work
  • Basic knowledge of Windows based computers and browsers
  • Basic knowledge of Apple iPads
  • Troubleshooting of computers getting to the internet

Work Environment/Physical Demands

  • This position is an in-house position for a minimum of 6 months.
  • While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will be seated for the majority of the work day
  • This role requires that one can sit and type on a key board the majority of their work day
  • This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as, in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices
  • The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
