Zoecklein Law, P.A. is seeking a disciplined, execution-focused Part-Time to Full-Time Marketing Manager to manage and implement the firm’s marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for executing approved marketing strategies, maintaining brand consistency, strengthening community and referral relationships, and supporting firm growth through measurable, data-driven marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution & Campaign Management

  • Execute approved marketing campaigns across digital platforms
  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and SEO initiatives
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and CRM workflows
  • Oversee social media scheduling and content execution in alignment with firm guidelines

Content & Brand Management

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with firm branding, tone, and legal advertising standards
  • Coordinate blogs, newsletters, and client-facing content
  • Edit and proof content for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Maintain consistency across all marketing channels

Lead Generation, Relationships & Performance Tracking

  • Track lead sources, conversions, and campaign performance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
  • Monitor intake-related metrics in coordination with leadership
  • Identify trends and recommend adjustments based on data
  • Support development and tracking of referral relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Assist with community outreach initiatives and local visibility efforts

Internal Coordination

  • Work directly with firm leadership on marketing priorities
  • Coordinate with intake and operations teams to align messaging
  • Support firm events, workshops, and educational initiatives

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • 3–5 years of professional marketing experience
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns for a business or professional services firm
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
  • Ability to interpret data and present results clearly to leadership
  • Excellent written communication skills

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
