Events & Social Media Assistant
Location: Hyde Park, Tampa, FL

Compensation: Base Wage + Commission
The RoleHyde Park Cafe is seeking a high-energy, versatile professional to report directly to the CEO. You will drive business growth through creative marketing, strategic event planning, and building a dominant social media presence.
A Note on the Vibrant Nightlife Schedule: To truly capture the energy of what we do, this role goes beyond standard office hours. It includes occasionally hosting and managing events during our peak operating times, which means working late nights (11:00 PM and later). If you love the nightlife energy and thrive in a dynamic evening environment, you will feel right at home.
Core Responsibilities
· Event Management: Source, plan, and bring unique venue events to life from concept to execution.
· Social Media Impact: Create engaging content and manage platforms utilizing current digital trends to build community.
· Business Growth: Leverage your knowledge of the Tampa/Hyde Park landscape to identify fresh, new opportunities.
· Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO on brand representation and high-level strategy.
