Job Description
This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

Responsibilities
- Implement required security measures, such as firewalls or message encryption, monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems.
- Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
- Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.
- Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
Skills
- Assimilate and understand data and information from various sources in order to draw appropriate conclusions and make relevant recommendations.
- Monitor, diagnose and fix problems with technology products.
- Maintain system/service and information security, integrity, compliance and continuity.
- Employ a systematic process for solving technical issues by identifying the problem and selecting an appropriate solution.
Education Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor’s: Information Technology, High School (HS) (Required)
