We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to oversee daily administrative functions and provide reliable support across customer service, scheduling, bookkeeping, payroll, onboarding, and local marketing.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Office management experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing deadlines and multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and route customer inquiries
- Receive and process customer service requests
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and job-related needs
- Process customer mailings, invoices, and follow-ups
- Support general bookkeeping and maintain accurate records
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and office organization
- Coordinate delivery of supplies
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
