Role: Social Media Content Creator
Location: Multi-location / On-site (Travel required across designated local office environments; this role does not accommodate remote work)

Responsibilities
- On-Site Production: Travel across designated studio locations to shoot high-quality video and photo content of daily operations, patient interactions, and employee activities.
- Brand Representation: Ensure all captured content embodies the essence of our brand, maintains high aesthetic standards, and showcases the unique personality of our orthodontic practice.
- Balanced Coverage: Maintain consistent brand representation across all five office locations, balancing time and content efforts according to business priorities, seasonal campaigns, and each market’s needs (approximately 20% coverage per office).
- Narrative Development: Develop creative and compelling visual storytelling/narratives that resonate deeply with our target audience.
- Patient Privacy and Consent: Obtain and retain signed media-release authorizations for every patient and team member featured in content (as needed), and strictly adhere to HIPAA and practice patient-privacy protocols when capturing, storing, and publishing all media.
- Campaign and Asset Management: Partner with the marketing team to align content with overall brand campaigns, strategies, and growth objectives.
- Post-Production Editing: Expertly edit photos, graphics, and video assets using designated platforms to build promotional materials and shareable media.
- Schedule Maintenance: Build and maintain a structured content calendar, ensuring content is published consistently 5–6 days per week.
- Trend and Platform Research: Monitor and research social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to discover, analyze, and capitalize on current trends and audience opportunities.
- Community Engagement: Support local office community initiatives, company sponsorship events, and administrative or presentation tasks as directed.
- Teamwork and Professionalism: Maintain great attendance, arrive on time, and be prepared to perform job functions daily while remaining professional and courteous to patients, visitors, and co-workers.

Requirements / Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in content creation and the direct development and implementation of successful social media strategies (required)
- Submission of a current portfolio or reel demonstrating photography, video, and editing work (required for consideration)
- Technical proficiency in photography, videography, and specific editing/management applications, including Canva, Notion, and CapCut
- Working familiarity with AI-assisted content tools (e.g., generative editing, automated captioning, and content-repurposing workflows)
- Possess a reliable form of transportation and the ability to travel consistently to designated multi-office environments
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage a consistent high-volume publishing schedule, and balance multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proactive mindset, high accuracy, and strong attention to detail when editing, reviewing assets, and proofing copy
- Demonstrated history of driving measurable results in previous business accounts (audience growth, engagement, reach, and visibility) (preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred; ability to create Spanish-language content is a significant plus
- Prior experience creating content within healthcare, dental administration, or hospitality-driven industries (preferred)
- Willingness to learn, adapt, be a team player, and make the day fun for team members and patients alike!
Essential Physical and Mental Demands
- Mobility and Handling: Ability to move frequently between and within multi-level office environments to capture media; ability to securely handle, position, and operate cameras, smartphones, stabilizers, and related production equipment.
- Visual and Technical Focus: Ability to view camera lenses, mobile device interfaces, and computer screens closely for extended periods during precise photo and video editing sessions.
- Cognitive and Collaborative Workflow: Ability to maintain a multi-channel content calendar, organize complex workflows under tight deadlines, and collaborate directly with marketing, office, and executive teams.
