Senior Construction Superintendent
Headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, Park & Eleazer Construction is an exciting and rapidly growing company specializing in Commercial Construction with a High End Residential/Multifamily Division.

Hiring Full Time:
(3) Commercial Construction Superintendents And
(1) High End Residential/Multifamily Superintendent
What is required for this position:
· Either Multi-faceted Commercial work such as municipal, office, self-storage, automotive retail, or High End Residential/Multifamily
· A can-do attitude
· Ability to work in teams
· Strong Work Ethic
What you will be doing:
· Scheduling and Material Management
· Ensure Job safety and cleanliness are understood and followed by all on site personnel.
· 2-week lookaheads, vendor logs, etc.
· Problem Solving Skills
· RFI Generation
· Punch List and Close Out
· Lead pre-construction meetings, safety meetings, and subcontractor meetings
What is preferred for this position:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
· Some tablet/technology experience
· Commitment to safety
