Job Overview:
The Customer Service Associate serves as a key point of contact between SHUKLA Medical and its customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from order placement through fulfillment. This role is responsible for supporting surgeons, hospital staff, distributors, and internal teams by providing accurate product information, processing orders efficiently, and proactively communicating shipment updates.
Responsibilities
· Maintain customer satisfaction by providing product and service information, including product details, prices and availability
· Process customer orders, returns, and literature requests
· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful fulfillment of each customer order
· Provide customer notifications, follows up about shipment confirmation on back orders
· Facilitate trade show registrations and other trade show related activities
· Process literature re-orders and customer notifications
· Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree
· 2-3 years customer service experience desired
. Experience in ERP and CRM Softwares
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Technically savvy, can speak the industry language (orthopedics/medical device)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
