Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and public relations to effectively communicate our message across various platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring social media performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media.
- Manage online community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with graphic designers or use Adobe Illustrator for creating visually appealing graphics.
- Conduct photography sessions as needed to generate original content for social media platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
- Familiarity with SEO strategies to enhance content visibility.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- A passion for photography is highly desirable.
