The Opportunity
Trinity Healthcare Supply is seeking an exceptional, hands-on Senior Web Designer who understands that high-performing design must do more than look beautiful – it must earn attention, build trust, communicate value quickly, and convert. This role is for a designer with deep experience creating DTC websites, paid-media landing pages, advertorials, product pages, funnels, and campaign experiences that translate customer insight into measurable business growth.
You will partner closely with Growth, Performance Marketing, Copy, Product, Development, and Compliance to turn strategy and creative concepts into polished, mobile-first digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines elite visual judgment with strong conversion instincts, moves quickly without sacrificing craft, and uses performance data to continuously improve the work.
What You Will Own
· Design conversion-focused digital experiences across acquisition landing pages, core website pages, product and offer pages, quizzes, lead-generation funnels, checkout-adjacent experiences, advertorials, and campaign microsites.
· Translate strategy into design by converting briefs, customer research, positioning, offers, and copy into clear visual hierarchy, compelling storytelling, and persuasive user journeys.
· Lead mobile-first execution for a primarily mobile audience, ensuring speed, readability, accessibility, intuitive interaction, and visual consistency across breakpoints and devices.
· Design for measurable performance by applying CRO principles, developing testable hypotheses, creating A/B test variants, and partnering with Growth and Analytics to interpret results and iterate.
· Build scalable systems in Figma, including reusable components, responsive patterns, design tokens, templates, and clear documentation that improve speed and consistency.
· Deliver implementation-ready work with complete responsive states, interaction specifications, asset exports, annotations, and close collaboration with developers through QA and launch.
· Elevate the brand through premium art direction, typography, color, imagery, motion, and page composition while maintaining clarity, credibility, and conversion focus.
· Protect customer trust by designing within healthcare, privacy, accessibility, and advertising-compliance requirements and collaborating effectively with legal and compliance stakeholders.
Required Experience & Qualifications
· 5+ years of professional web or digital product design experience, including substantial hands-on work for DTC, e-commerce, subscription, consumer health, wellness, or another performance-driven consumer business.
· A standout portfolio showing live websites and landing pages with strong visual craft, responsive design, persuasive storytelling, and clear ownership; performance context or measurable outcomes should be included where available.
· Advanced mastery of Figma, including auto layout, components and variants, variables, prototyping, responsive systems, libraries, and developer handoff.
· Demonstrated command of conversion-centered design: message hierarchy, above-the-fold strategy, offer presentation, social proof, risk reversal, calls to action, forms, checkout flows, and objection handling.
· Strong understanding of user experience, information architecture, interaction design, responsive behavior, accessibility, and usability fundamentals.
· Excellent typography, layout, color, image selection, art direction, and visual storytelling skills, with the judgment to create premium work without overdesigning.
· Ability to balance brand, customer needs, compliance, technical constraints, and commercial goals while managing multiple fast-moving priorities.
· Clear communication, strong presentation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a low-ego, highly collaborative working style.
Performance Marketing Fluency
· You understand how paid-social and paid-search traffic behaves and can create message continuity from ad to landing page.
· You can explain why a design should improve conversion and identify the metric or customer behavior that would validate the decision.
· You are comfortable designing rapid test variants across headlines, offers, proof, page structure, forms, CTAs, pricing, imagery, and trust elements.
· You use quantitative data, heatmaps, session recordings, customer research, and testing results to inform design – without allowing dashboards to replace sound creative judgment.
Technical & Production Skills
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive frameworks, browser behavior, and common CMS or landing-page platforms; you do not need to be a full-time developer, but your designs must be technically realistic.
· Experience preparing optimized web assets and making performance-conscious decisions involving image formats, video, animation, page weight, and Core Web Vitals.
· Comfort collaborating in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, WordPress, project-management platforms, analytics tools, and experimentation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in telehealth, healthcare, wellness, supplements, or another regulated consumer category.
· Experience with high-volume paid acquisition, subscription or continuity offers, quizzes, lead funnels, and direct-response creative.
· Working knowledge of CRO platforms, GA4, heatmapping or session-replay tools, and accessibility standards such as WCAG.
· Motion design, lightweight animation, illustration, or advanced photo-art-direction capabilities.
How Success Will Be Measured
· Quality and conversion performance of landing pages and website experiences.
· Speed from brief to test-ready design, without compromising accuracy or craft.
· Improvement in mobile usability, design consistency, development handoff, and launch quality.
· Strength of cross-functional collaboration and contribution to a disciplined testing culture.
IN-OFFICE REQUIREMENT
This is a full-time, in-office role. Remote, hybrid, freelance, consulting, and agency arrangements will not be considered.
Application Requirements
Please submit a resume and portfolio with 3-5 relevant examples of DTC websites, landing pages, or funnels. For each selected project, briefly describe your role, the business objective, key design decisions, collaboration with copy and development, and any available performance result. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Finalists may be asked to complete a time-boxed, role-relevant design exercise.
