Do you love making marketing work?
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who enjoys turning marketing plans into flawless execution. This is an in-person position, located in Trinity, FL.
This is not primarily a creative-writing or graphic-design position. It’s a hands-on role for someone who understands digital platforms, follows processes, catches details others miss, and takes pride in making sure everything works exactly as it should.
You’ll work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) to execute marketing initiatives for two growing businesses:
- Zinzow Law, an established law firm serving people and businesses throughout Florida.
- ZinDocs, our technology platform, focused on simplifying legal documentation.
You’ll be responsible for the systems, platforms, campaigns, databases, and distribution processes that keep our marketing moving.
If you’re the person who naturally asks, “Did we test that link? Is the tracking working? Did the campaign actually go live? Is the database clean?”—you may be a great fit.
Joining “Team Z” as our Marketing Operations Manager is a call to action for a tactical executor who finds deep satisfaction in the physical doing. We operate by the Code of the West: we live with courage, take pride in our work, and we finish what we start.
At Zinzow Law, “Team” isn’t a buzzword; it’s our operating system. We are a circle of high achievers who celebrate each other’s wins. In this role, you aren’t just brainstorming ideas; you are in the digital trenches with our CMO and COO, removing technical roadblocks and building the physical distribution tracks to victory.
Through the Zinzow Law Foundation, we give back to veterans and local charities. We don’t just work together; we change lives together. You’ll find a team that has your back, and leadership teams who view your ability to execute with dead-on accuracy as the cornerstone of our collective success.
What You’ll Do
Manage Marketing Campaigns
You’ll execute email, SMS, advertising, and digital campaigns from start to finish.
This includes:
- Building and deploying email and SMS campaigns through Constant Contact.
- Testing links, tracking codes, forms, and other campaign elements before launch.
- Managing Google Ads campaigns, budgets, keywords, and performance.
- Tracking campaign results and providing regular updates to the CMO.
- Supporting marketing campaigns for CEO events, product trials, and other initiatives.
Powering the Platforms for “Tradition Redefined”
We create a lot of content. Your job will be to help make sure that content gets where it needs to go.
You’ll:
- Publish content across our websites and digital platforms.
- Distribute our company magazine and podcast.
- Manage content distribution through LinkedIn and other social channels.
- Turn longer articles, podcasts, and videos into shorter social-media content.
- Create basic short-form video clips and captions using standard editing tools.
You don’t need to be a professional filmmaker or graphic designer. You do need to be comfortable working with digital content and learning new platforms.
Own Our Marketing Data
Accurate data is critical to our marketing operation.
You’ll help maintain and improve our current manual CRM/database processes, including:
- Entering and updating contact information.
- Cleaning and formatting records.
- Identifying inconsistencies and duplicate information.
- Maintaining organized data.
- Documenting processes and creating SOPs that can eventually support future CRM integrations.
- Handle sensitive company intelligence and database contact lists.
If spreadsheets, databases, checklists, and organized processes make you happy, that’s a good sign.
Be the Quality-Control Checkpoint
Before something goes live, you’ll help make sure it is right.
You’ll routinely check:
- Links
- Landing pages
- Tracking codes
- Email formatting
- Spelling and grammar
- Contact information
- Campaign settings
- Advertising settings
- Content formatting
- Website functionality
We want someone who would rather spend an extra five minutes checking something than discover an avoidable mistake after thousands of people have received it.
The Tools You’ll Work With
You should be comfortable learning and working inside digital marketing platforms. Experience with the following is especially valuable:
- Google Ads
- WordPress
- Constant Contact
- CRM/database systems
- LinkedIn and social-media publishing platforms
- Basic video-editing tools
- Analytics and tracking tools
- Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
You don’t have to know every platform on day one. What matters is that you’re technically curious, comfortable learning software, and confident figuring things out.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Detail-oriented. You notice the things other people overlook.
- Highly organized. You can manage multiple campaigns and deadlines without losing track of details.
- Technically comfortable. You enjoy learning software and understanding how platforms work.
- Execution-focused. You don’t just make plans—you get things done.
- Quality-conscious. You test your work before it goes live.
- Data-minded. You understand that clean, accurate information matters.
- Reliable. When you say something is done, it is actually done.
- A strong communicator. You can clearly communicate status, problems, and priorities to leadership.
- Adaptable. You can move between the needs of an established law firm and a growing technology company.
Experience That Will Help You Succeed

- Email marketing
- WordPress
- CRM/database management
- Marketing automation
