Overview:
The Lead Coordinator II is highly organized, resourceful, and proactive to provide
personalized support in managing client’s daily life, home maintenance, and special
projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, anticipates needs
before they arise, communicates effectively in a timely manner and thrives on ensuring
everything runs smoothly both at home and in the personal life of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Management of Assigned Tasks/Projects/Accounts:
o Provide top quality attention to detail from small to big tasks
o Superior notetaking skills; records on-site meetings and phone
calls demonstrating 100% retention of information relayed by service
providers and clients (utilizing a digital notepad or traditional notepad
and pen). Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and
service providers via company’s internal messaging system and email
o Confirmed appointments set with calendar invites; sent to client, service
provider, and TPC team
o Tasks/accounts updated with recent activity/notes in a timely manner
(within 24 hours)
o Consistently punctual to schedule appointments and meetings
o Property management knowledge of equipment, standard issues and how
to problem solve
o High level of critical thinking skills to see the “big” picture
- Attend weekly team calls to discuss client updates and eventsQualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and task
management apps
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Prior experience in personal assistant, concierge, or household management
roles preferred
- Work Environment & Schedule:
- Combination of in-person and remote, depending on needs
- Flexible hours with occasional evenings/weekends required for special events
and urgent requests

- Regardless of volume in the pipeline, whether it’s a slow month or a busy month,
you can deliver the same quality of service and fully manage an assigned task or
project.
- Your notifications are turned on to catch assigned tasks, received messages,
emails, and calendar invites in a timely manner (under 24 hours).
- You understand this role requires an overall professional, polished look and feel;
imagine delivering the highest level of customer service, same level as American
Express, Ritz Carlton, Below Deck’s Chief Stew.Overall, this role requires consistently sound professional judgment, appropriate
prioritization, and the ability to represent the company with discretion.
Working Hours:
This is a flexible, variable-hour position designed to support the changing needs of our
clients. Because our workload is directly tied to our active client pipeline and ongoing
projects, there is no guaranteed minimum number of hours per week.
Candidates should expect their schedule to fluctuate based on business demand, with
weekly hours typically ranging from 5 to 40 hours. Some weeks may require only a few
hours of support, while others may require full-time availability. Employees are always
asked if they have the availability/capacity before assigning a task or project.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has a flexible schedule and can adapt to changing business needs.
- Is comfortable with varying weekly hours and understands that workload is
project- and client-driven.
- Is available to occasionally work evenings and weekends when client needs
arise.
- Can respond professionally and efficiently in a fast-paced, concierge
environment where priorities may shift quickly.
This position is best suited for someone who values flexibility, enjoys a dynamic work
environment, and understands that exceptional client service sometimes extends
beyond traditional business hours.Compensation & Incentives:
- Hourly Rate: $20.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and
demonstrated ability.

- Availability Incentive
o Our clients occasionally have time-sensitive requests outside of traditional
business hours. Team members who are available to assist with urgent
evening or weekend requests may receive additional bonuses in
recognition of their flexibility, responsiveness, and willingness to step in
when clients need us most.
o While after-hours availability is not expected every time, we are looking
for someone who appreciates the dynamic nature of concierge services
and is excited to provide exceptional support when opportunities arise.
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
