Job Title Community Association Manager
Position Overview
The Community Association Manager (CAM) is responsible for the daily operations of assigned condominium and homeowners’ associations. The CAM serves as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors, residents, vendors, contractors, and onsite staff; supports Board governance; oversees vendor and contractor performance; and helps ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable Florida Statutes. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented approach to community management and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or homeowners’ associations.
- Serve as the primary liaison to Board Members and provide operational guidance.
- Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-up activities.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to support service quality and efficiency.
- Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents.
- Supervise onsite staff and support operational workflows.
- Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative reporting.
- Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance community operations.
- Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of community association management / relevant industry experience required.
- Two (2) years of relevant industry experience preferred.
Licenses / Certifications
- Active Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) license for at least one (1) year required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of condominium and HOA operations and Florida Statutes.
- Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and administrative oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred; CINC software is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to walk community grounds and conduct property inspections.
- Occasional lifting of office materials up to 15 lbs.
- Some travel is required, including travel to assigned communities and client sites as business needs require.
