Morrison Avenue Capital Partners, an established real estate investment and development firm specializing in multifamily properties, is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our Tampa accounting team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional looking to build a rewarding career in real estate accounting.
Working directly with the Director of Finance and alongside experienced accounting professionals, you’ll gain hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and accounting for multiple real estate entities.
At Morrison Avenue Capital Partners, accounting is more than recording transactions. Our team works closely with asset management, acquisitions, and company leadership, providing valuable exposure to how real estate investments are acquired, developed, managed, and operated.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys accounting, takes pride in accuracy, demonstrates initiative, and is eager to learn and grow professionally.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
