Ocean Blue Property Management is a well-established, family-owned boutique property management company with over 20 years of experience serving the Tampa Bay area. We’re looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Property Manager who is excited about growing their own portfolio and creating a rewarding, long-term career.
We’ll help you get started!
We offer $1,500 per month for your first 90 days to provide financial support while you develop new business. We’ll also provide a small starter portfolio so you can become familiar with our systems, processes, and approach to property management.
From there, your success and earning potential are driven by your ability to build and manage your portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Develop relationships with property owners, real estate investors, and referral partners.
- Actively market Ocean Blue’s property management services and bring in new clients.
- Manage your assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance coordination, renewals, and owner communications.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Grow your portfolio and your income over time.

Who We’re Looking For
- Active Florida Real Estate License required.
- Property management or real estate experience preferred.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a business.

- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable developing new business.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service to property owners and residents.
