Colen & Wagoner, P.A. is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our established and growing Florida law firm.
We are looking for an attorney who enjoys practicing law, values client relationships, and wants to do meaningful, sophisticated work without sacrificing their personal life.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced estate planning attorney who can independently manage client matters, exercise sound judgment, and work collaboratively with our attorneys and experienced support staff.
Experience in business succession planning, corporate law, or estate and gift tax planning is a significant plus.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of substantial estate planning experience
- Strong drafting experience with wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and more complex estate planning documents
- Knowledge of estate and trust administration
- Ability to independently advise clients and manage matters from start to finish
- Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills
- Florida Bar membership in good standing
- Experience in business succession planning, corporate law, or tax planning is highly desirable
