Senior Accountant
Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 base

Key Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Analyze financial results and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with process improvements, internal controls, and audit support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
- Strong background in the service or construction industry; job costing experience is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
