Technical Support/ Desktop Support/End User Support Analyst
Location: Hybrid Onsite in Tampa, Florida.
Must be local and within drivable distance.
Note: Must be willing to work on W2. Can’t do C2C or 1099.
Minimum 5 years of technical support experience
- Demonstrated expertise supporting Windows 7/10 OS, Office 2010/2013/365, Exchange Online, VPN tools, and Chrome
- Strong track record in hardware troubleshooting, break-fix, software installation, PC imaging, and data backup/restore
- Experience using ServiceNow, GoToAssist, and supporting both on-domain and off-domain environments
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and time management skills
Nice to have:
Experience with HP warranty replacement processes
