  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Able to anticipate the needs of the company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

You Have

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Customer service and/or inside sales experience
  • Exceptional poise and presence on the phone
  • The ability to manage a large pipeline of clients and agents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM experience will help
  • Real estate experience doesn’t hurt
  • Students encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do Here

You will be supporting our Account Coordinators by ensuring people who come to our website connect with a real estate agent and ultimately engage in a transaction with them. You will:

  • Field incoming home buyer/seller inquiries
  • Introduce these consumers to an appropriate Realtor
  • Review agent performance indicators and sign up new Realtor partners if necessary and then manage these relationships
  • Follow up to ensure that transactions ultimately close

Schedule / Hours:

Looking to fill part-time positions for nights and/or weekends. Our ideal candidates are available three nights a week for 4-5 hours as well as Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm).
