Star Performance Marketing (SPM) needs to hire an Account Manager Assistant / Marketing Assistant to add to our growing team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be eager to set and achieve goals, organized and willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer care! Good writing skills are required.

Star Performance Marketing is a traditional automotive advertising agency that has become a digital powerhouse in the industry. As the local footprint grows, they are looking for more people to help super-serve clients.


Account Manager Assistant / Marketing Assistant – Job Description:

  • Coordinate organizational planning for Market Manager and Client list.
  • Works in Workfront and Dropbox for file sharing.
  • Work on reconciliation of all Monthly client billing
  • Track and ensure that all projects are assigned and taken to completion with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Attend daily meetings with the Sales Team to provide/receive updates on all pending team projects.
  • Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.

Account Manager Assistant / Marketing Assistant – Job Requirements:

  • College degree; OR equivalent work experience;
  • Workfront experience a plus; experience in conducting business in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office; especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to hear and speak well enough to converse over telephone 100% of the time.
  • Ability to see well enough to use computer efficiently and read computer reports and correspondence 100% of the time
  • Ability to work from a remote location, and effectively manage your time and deadlines in this unique environment.
