Account Manager Commercial Insurance – Criterion Executive Search (Clearwater)

Growing Property & Casualty agency has an immediate need for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this highly visible position, the ideal candidate will have solid experience working with Commercial Lines coverage, a detailed understanding of E&S and admitted markets and be able to function as a mentor and leader on a small team of commercial lines staff.

Must haves:
Active 2-20 license
Minimum of 5-8 years of agency(commercial) experience
Experience working with mid to large sized accounts
Highly efficient, detail oriented and be a strong team player

In addition to managing a diverse book of commercial lines business and functioning as a team lead, the selected candidate will also have the opportunity to supplement their salary by quoting, binding and selling to warm leads as they come into the office.
