Position: Account Manager, Medical Staffing Services in Tampa, Florida.

This position based in Tampa, Florida will be responsible for the growth and success of the business. This objective will be achieved through direct B2B sales and business development activities within skilled nursing facilities, long term care, assisted living facilities, independent living, hospitals, acute care centers, outpatient clinics, long term acute care centers and continuing care retirement communities. The incumbent will promote an environment that fosters creative thinking, problem solving, and empowerment in the development of the team.

The right candidate will be passionate about the corporate goal of providing services that result in providing high quality, patient-centric care.

Responsibilities:
• Identify new clients and negotiates contracts for new business to achieve growth and profitability goals.

• Sustains ongoing client relationship to keep an active flow of open orders.

• Determine needs and assist in the development of specific marketing plans to increase market share and grow business to meets/exceed client satisfaction goals.

• Meet/exceed quality, growth and profitability objectives.

Requirements
• Professional level of knowledge normally required through a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge.

• Minimum of five years of previous sales, account management experience

• Demonstrated success in maintaining profitable client relationship while simultaneously growing the business organically and through new client relationships.

• Must be able to handle urgent business needs that occur outside normal business hours.

• Must possess computer skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish the job. Microsoft Word, PeopleSoft, Excel spreadsheets, ability to build and maintain databases.

• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communications skills.

• Must be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Must have proven skills to work independently, be self-motivated and goal directed.

• Must possess excellent organization and time-management skills.

• Must possess excellent, analytical problem solving skills.

• Must be able to relate professionally and positively to all customers (corporate, operational management, facility, travelers on assignment, etc.).

• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.

• Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-offer drug test, and pass post-employment physical exam if required.
