3D renderings, work for builders, commercial and residential. Looking for an Account Manager to work with Sales Team and clients mainly builders

MediaLab 3D Solutions is hiring! We are seeking Account Managers to work with our national homebuilder clients through a combination of sales, project management, production and asset delivery. We want self-motivated, team-oriented professionals with exceptional communication and documentation skills and positive, forward-thinking attitudes.

In this role, you will manage multiple accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and exemplary service in our fast-paced, creative environment. Our Account Managers are the face of our client relationships and are critical to the success and continued growth of each account. To be successful in this role, you must be collaborative to your core, with a drive to surpass client expectations every day.

 

Position Summary

Oversees all preparation and information collection for Client projects. Manages and directs all phases of a project from inception to completion. Coordinates proposal preparation and establishes & monitors schedules. Maintains contact with Client to ensure high quality customer satisfaction and service. Monitors status of projects including: cost, timing and staffing.

 

Key Tasks

  • Work with the Builder Sales team to transition project information to production
  • Establish and nurture sustainable relationships with Clients
  • Accept new projects, add and/or create proposals and enter into database
  • Set and manage realistic Client expectations
  • Review production products and processes with main Client contacts
  • Schedule and manage projects throughout the production cycle
  • Meet sales and productivity metrics
  • Deliver clear and unambiguous collateral to Clients
  • Provide Client status reports and deliver according to committed time frames

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and adhere to predetermined Client standards/procedures etc.
  • Communicate regularly with Clients, remaining accessible, available and responsive
  • Grow accounts through a consultative sales approach to increase sales opportunities
  • Ensure information is received in its entirety and is correct
  • Maintain organization, thoroughness and accuracy for all project collateral
  • Ensure deadlines are met and that the appropriate sense of urgency is conveyed to production
  • Anticipate production/Client questions, needs and potential problems; develop solutions accordingly
  • Forecast future projects and potential sales opportunities with the Builder Sales team
  • Actively seek feedback and evaluation of performance from Clients
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even under pressure
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, offerings and industry information
