BEST Health System (BHS) is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Neuromodulation Partner program, building strong relationships with ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and clinics. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, ensuring smooth communication between all parties, and ultimately driving program success.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
● Develop and foster trust-based relationships with clinical and ASC staff at assigned partner facilities.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to onboard new neuromodulation program partners including collecting information on insurance contracts for both the clinic and ASCs.
● Ensure clear communication between ASC clients, the call center team, device company representatives and clinic scheduling.
● Assist clinic and ASC teams in optimizing patient scheduling for neuromodulation cases.
● Guide clinics and ASCs in implementing revenue cycle best practices specific to neuromodulation procedures.
● Identify and coordinate opportunities to increase the marketing tiers for the client to increase potential patient volume.
● Collect, analyze data, and generate accurate reports for weekly client follow-up meetings.
● Maintain in-depth knowledge of BHS products and services as the company evolves.
● Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues by implementing process improvements and enhanced communication.
● Advocate for client needs and continuously work to improve the neuromodulation partner program.

Qualifications- Education, Experience, and Skills:
Required:
● High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred in Sales, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
● Proven ability to collect, track, and analyze large datasets
● Adaptable and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
● Excellent active listening skills
● Ability to build rapport, collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
● Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends within the healthcare space
● Desire to acquire extensive product knowledge
● Travel for onsite meetings with client
Preferred:
● Healthcare experience in Spine and/or orthopedics, neuromodulation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
