Account Manager – CRE company in Tampa

Looking to hire an Account Manager that ideally comes from the Property Management, Commercial Real Estate or sells to building management companies. Ideally someone younger, sharp and has a solid work ethic. Paying $60K plus a $10K bonus for the 1^st year. He / She will mainly be office based doing calls and presentations but will have occasional travel to clients and trade shows.

The company retrofits lights from standard lighting to LED in large buildings. Mainly multi-family (Greystar), hotels (Starwood) and Commercial buildings.
