Job Description:  Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closing the sale.
  • Management of newly acquired accounts with efforts to increase breadth and depth of product distribution at the retail level.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful and constructive conversations with prospects.
  • Develop and maintain account relationships that identify opportunities for the company to deliver product and market value, strategic motivators, stakeholder recognition, purchasing processes and sales forecasting.
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions via the company CRM.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve the company’s brand and market reputation.
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unfulfilled needs and opportunities to deliver an enhanced value to customers by extending company offerings.
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree required and 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of Sales experience (Inside or Outside)
  • Sales track record of success on resume (accomplishments/Percentages to quota)
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • MS Office proficient – working with Excel (basic formulas) and Outlook
  • Comfortable engaging customer on telephone.
  • Able to prepare professional emails as follow-up correspondence.
