Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making initial outbound calls to potential clients
  • Assist sales team with all tasks related to loan production and follow up with customers
  • Collaborate with licensed Loan Officers to deliver customer service & products that best suit clients’ financial profile and needs.
  • Develop rapport and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Continuously convert prospects to customers
  • Learn and utilize various in-house technical systems to provide optimal support to sales team
  • Work alongside licensed Loan Officers to make recommendations to potential customers based on financial factors
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to complete all pre-licensing education and meet eligibility requirements for NMLS licensing
  • Potential to obtain NMLS Licensed within 6-12 months (all training provided).

Requirements:

  • 1 year sales training or equivalent
  • High School Diploma required
  • Superior customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Motivated, problem solving attitude
  • Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to set and exceed goals
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Compensation:

  • Hourly + uncapped performance bonuses based on success metrics
  • Potential to become licensed within 6-12 months, compensation increases exponentially with licensing
