Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough data analysis and reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies or anomalies.
- Communicate findings effectively to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and management.
- Assist in resolving data issues by completing specific templates and work papers.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Hands-on experience in performing reconciliation tasks within a financial institution.
- Proven ability to compile, define, document, and present data findings and progress reports.
- Practical experience working in an operational environment.
Skills:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in an operational setting.
- Expertise in reconciling data from diverse sources.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with various divisions and at all organizational levels.
- Proactive mindset with a natural inclination to ask questions and seek clarity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
