- Applies knowledge of GAAP and Corporate Policy in the maintenance and control of Payroll, Fixed Assets and Tax ledgers and the associated reporting.
- Processes payroll on a weekly cadence for 300+ employees and sub-contractors. Maintains payroll files, performs all payroll and benefits related journal entries and account reconciliations, provides salary/wage and benefit budgets, trains employees on time keeping software, and provides payroll audit support.
- Maintains Financial and Tax deprecation books, maintains Asset ledger and journals all Fixed Asset activity, provides Depreciation budgets and long term Outlooks, maintains Capital schedules, provides asset audit support, distributes asset tags.
- Completes internal quarterly income and property Tax Templates for submission to Corporate.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.
A level 2 employee Typically has 2 – 5 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in SQL query design and maintenance
- Prior experience as a payroll accountant
- Prior experience accounting for PP&E
- Exceptional computational ability
Desired Skills:
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Kronos time keeping systems
- Exceptional computational ability
