ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT: Individual with bookkeeping/general accounting skills and in-depth familiarity with QuickBooks, preferably online. Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, journal entry preparation, and ad hoc account analysis. Knowledge of Inventory a plus. Prefer to have food service back office work experience, but will consider without food service experience. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
